I'm gonna be honest I do think erasing your sadness for a weekend didn't help. He brought that up.

But the rest of what he said didn't make any sense. And when I told him that he just said I didn't understand. As if he knows anything! We've both been through too much to be treated like stupid children!

You know I know how you feel. But you just-You have to just keep trying. Even if you're sad, or mad, or scared.

You can't just shut it out. That doesn't work. You have to just... Just sort of acknowledge it. And then keep going. I'm not good at it, neither are you. But sometimes I can pull it off. You can too.
